Hudson Lofts is the first of many small intimate multi-family
real estate developments for Brown's Building Blocks, LLC.
Eileen A. Brown, President has a J.D. and M.B.A. from UCLA whose previous experience
includes retail and corporate enterprises.
The architecture of Los Angeles is a passion that Ms. Brown is
fulfilling by creating long lasting monuments to the uniqueness of Los Angeles's housing.
Mike Amato is Project Manager and partner in EPI General Contractors the builder of Hudson Lofts.
Mike Amato received a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from Otis Parsons in 1987. He worked for the design company Tomar Lampert Associates, from 1987 until 1994. While at Tomar Lampert Mike designed many custom homes and office interiors in Beverly Hills and Malibu, which designs included many celebrity homes.
In 1994 Mike Amato joined EPI Construction, a company founded by his father in 1975. Mike comes from three generations of builders. Mike's father Jim retired in 2005. Mike is one of three partners that own EPI General Contractors. Mike's focus is commercial and residential building.
